Signhop is a marketplace platform connecting customers with local sign shops for custom signage, vehicle wraps, storefront graphics, and other sign-related services. We facilitate the connection between customers and sign shops but are not directly responsible for the production of signs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
3. Marketplace Operations
Sign shops listed on our platform are independent businesses. While we ensure basic vetting, each shop maintains its own policies regarding design approvals, production timelines, and specific terms of service. Customers can review individual shop policies on each shop's profile page before placing orders.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposits and final payment schedules, are set by individual sign shops. Signhop processes payments securely and holds funds in escrow until project completion. A marketplace fee is included in the total price shown to customers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Customers retain rights to their submitted content and designs. Sign shops may retain rights to their custom design work as specified in their individual terms. Signhop reserves the right to use images of completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Signhop's liability is limited to our marketplace services. We are not responsible for the quality of work, delays, or issues arising from individual sign shop services. Any disputes regarding product quality should be addressed with the specific sign shop through our platform's dispute resolution system.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable state and federal laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures.
